The City Council adopted revisions to Ordinance 4684, which includes updates to the
Utility Fees Schedule. These changes took effect January 1, 2017.
Changes were made to the Electric and Natural Gas rates beginning January 2017. This
flyer explains the changes made.
On October 3, 2016 Ellensburg City Council adopted the
Utility Data Privacy Policy.
Responsibilities

State of Washington that has both a municipal electric and gas utility.
Staff
Energy Services staff provides administrative, operating, and maintenance services for utility customers. The City's
