Kittitas Valley Memorial Pool Update

The Kittitas Valley Memorial Pool & Fitness Center will be closed for staff training: Thursday, June 17th from 9:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. 

We will be open for 5:30 a.m. (lap), 6:45 a.m. (lap), 5:45 p.m. (lap) and 7:00 p.m. (family) swims. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

Check out the pool schedule for June 21 - July 3. The pool is closed July 4 & 5 for the holiday.


The Kittitas Valley Memorial Pool & Fitness Center, Stan Bassett Youth Center and the Ellensburg Racquet and Recreation Center are open to the public. Park restrooms are open for the season. The Adult Activity Center remains closed.

The Parks and Recreation Department operates a pool, and three centers for youth, adults, and racquet enthusiasts; maintains sixteen public parks including two off leash dog parks and a mountain bike skills course; and we offer programming to enhance the lives of community members, residents, and visitors.
